Thanks for the reply, Yes, the apartment is still much available for rent.Here are some important details you need to know.
It cost: 450euros a month and security deposit of 500euros which is refundable while packing without any lost or damage of my properties.
Bills include the following: water, electricity, internet connection, microwave oven, fridge,gas etc.
Location: Calle de Bretón de los Herreros, 45 28003 Madrid and it just few distance to its metro station,the apartment spacious is about 65sqm and a room is about30sqm, restaurant and public transport all around and it's few minutes walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thanks for the mail. i read and understand all you have said. I will be willing to have my keys sent to you only if i am sure that my keys are going into safe hands and also that you are really willing and financially capable of renting it. i will advice you send the deposit payment via western union to UK here using your name as the sender and your other friends name as the receiver so that he alone can have access to the money but you will make the receivers destination Uk so that i can confirm the funds here in western union office.
As soon as i am able to accertain that the funds are available for pick up here,i will post you my keys immediately then i will be sure that they are safe with you and cnce you check my apartment and you are ok with it then we can proceed with the contract and also you will have to go back to western union office to change the receivers name to my name so that i can pick up my money here.
I hope this will secure both parties as i can't just send my keys out without any form of assurance that you really want to rent it.
