The apartment is located at 3rd District Kegelgasse 23,Apartment 16, 1030 Vienna, and less than few minutes walk from the nearest Bus-stop and U-bahn station .The location is great and was one of the prefared areas by all visitors including cultural attractions in the area,holiday sites, shopping centers ,malls , restaurants ,cafes and public transportations are just around the vicinity
Apartment 75 m2 consisting of a lounge / dining room and two bedrooms. Completely renovated, this apartment offers great quality furnishment.
The living room has a high quality sofa bed for two additional guests, a table for 5 and a beautiful kitchen fully equipped.
The first bedroom has a double bed (160 * 200) while the second has two single beds.
The bathroom, accessible independently from both bedrooms and living room includes a bath with a shower attached to the wall. The toilets are separated.
This is a very beautiful apartment which is ideally located with major tourist attractions in the surrounding area, many restaurants and of course the most beautiful and especially calm area, in our opinion, an opportunity not to be missed! Am in London(United Kingdom) presently with the keys of the apartment due to the nature of my job perhaps i will be showing you around of the unit as soon as seriousness has been shown on your own path.Nonetheless, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.The Unit is open to both long and short term lease and its still available at the moment.

*Monthly rental price : €350 per room ,€600 for the whole apartment including all utilities Bills.
*Security Deposit : A month security deposit payment is required and all right is fully reserved for the deposit to be refunded at the end of your if nothing is damaged from my properties .

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.


Thanks for your interest once again, the apartment is still available at the moment and it opens to both long and short term lease, it depends on what you sign on the contract documents.The whole apartment cost 600 euros including all utilities and you don't have to pay any additional fee or commission.It pretty nice that you stayed in Britain for 6 years, am sure you enjoyed you stay and had a nice time.You will need to secure the apartment so that it can be reserved for your move in date.Your interest has been confirmed,the mode of registration and reservation will be drafted below ,all you need is to go through the following and provide the details requested if you are still interested so that i can forward it to my lawyer for the preparation of contract lease and tenancy agreement before we proceed further so that you can secure apartment and it will be reserved for your occupancy.


MODE OF REGISTRATION AND RESERVATION


*Tenants will supply his/her details which will be forwarded to my lawyer to prepare the contract documents.
*Tenants will email a confirmation message to me to confirm that he/she received the contract documents.
*Tenants will print out the Contract Documents and then Sign it.
*Tenants will pay the deposit payment via western union money or Bank transfer,the receipt will be attached to the contract documents and scan back to me for confirmation and proper documentations by my Lawyer.
Please read through the email carefully and if you agree with the terms of the email, I want you to provide me with the following details so I can forward it to my lawyer so he can prepare the contract documents. Please provide me with below :
