If you are ready to proceed with this transaction I will need to inform you with the steps on how this service works and how we can make it happen because I want for you to be informed by every detail of this process before we get this started. You will only have to deposit to PayPrimo the first month of rent from contract 685CAD$ so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the rental package (keys and documents). I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain you step by step how this process will work:

1 - To start the process all I need is your full shipping info(full name, address and phone number).
2 - I will go at PayPrimo to deposit the keys and the contract on your name as the intended receiver.
3 - PayPrimo will check the package to see if everything is in order and also the legal papers that will come along with the keys and proof of ownership with their Real Estate Professional Department in London. They will also confirm with the building manager that I'm the legal owner of the apartment I'm renting to you.
4 - PayPrimo will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the keys and the papers in their custody in which you will also have all the instructions to complete the money transfer to the PayPrimo Agent.

You need to send the payment via Western Union at WU location using CASH to PayPrimo agent's name and address. You have him details on the invoice you received from PayPrimo. In order for you send the money normal to a friend or a family member the WU fee is @40 CAD. If you can't cover it you can take it from the amount or we can split it. It's your choice. Hope I've been helpful for you.
Please try and confirm the payment today so PayPrimo can send the package before the weekend.

When you'll go to Western Union to wire the money to the agent, if they will ask you who you'll send the money, tell them that the amount is for a friend or a family member, because the fees for the business transfer are higher and they will charge you 10% of the total amount

Someone probably got his other email address shut down.

This is why we discourage shutting down scammer email addresses. It took him mere minutes to start a new email account and he kep his records so the scam can go on. Thank You for updating the new email address.
