Thanks for the email and interest in renting my home, I am Dr Joan Robert and i volunteer with Coast Mental Health .I want you to know that it was due to my transfer to West Africa that makes me to leave my home and I am currently looking for a responsible person that can take a very good care of it. I am not after the money for the rent but want my home to be clean at all time and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own.


I tried looking for an agent that I can give the documents/keys too before I left, but due to the short period of time I could not find a trustworthy person because I don’t want my home to be misused in my absence I decided to take the keys/documents along with me. I volunteer with Coast Mental Health to improve the lives of people with mental illness by providing practical and pragmatic help such as housing, jobs, community.


This is not a share or sublet rental so I prefer dealing directly with my tenant. So get back to me on how you could take care of my home or perhaps experience you have in renting home.
