Before I moved to United - Kingdom, I looked for an agent to rent out the apartment for me but unfortunately for me I couldn't get an honest agent so I decided to rent it out myself. You will be doing me a great favor if you should rent my home because I am only looking for a responsible person to take very good care of my home for me while am here. And the building is in a great location situated in the quiet and safe area and offers secure access. internet, cable, laundry in-suite, storage facilities, heat, water, electric and parking is included in the rent and pet are allowed, $700 per month with all utilities included......So you can go ahead and view the house but you can't be able to view the inside. Well if you notice you will discover that the price am offering is far below standard price this is enough for you to know that I am not after the rental fee but the absolute care and maintenance of my property. So kindly get back to me as soon as possible if you are still interested so that we can proceed with the Rental Application Form and the Lease Agreement Form.
