Thanks so much for showing interest on my apartment and really sorry for this late reply well it is available now, here are the details of my apartment
The Architect Apartment is located at Kolej Komenskeho, Parlerova 6, 160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic of 80 sqm consists of a beautiful living space with an open fitted kitchen and 2separate bedrooms. The living area is divided in 2 areas : the dining area with a table where 6 to 8 guest can fit,Both bedrooms are accessible from the living-room. the rooms has a double queens bed size (140x200), the other has a sofa bed kept on the bed position (140x200). The domes in each bedroom enable the zenithal light to brighten the place. The bathroom has a walk-in shower as well as a bathtub. The toilets are independant and accessible from the kitchen. There is also another room where you can store your luggage, iron your clothes... To conclude, this apartment suitable for 5 people is a very good value for money considering its size, its location and its interior as well attractions in the area,holiday sites, shopping centers,malls , restaurants and public transportation is just around the corne.I reside in London last summer , I have a job in England so i moved with my family last Summer. I am here in London and the keys to the apartment are with me here so I will only be able to come to show you round the apartment after seriousness and commitment has been established and shown on your path . The whole apartment cost CZK13000, if you do not wish to rent the whole apartment and would prefer to share, there is an option for you to take one of the 2 rooms and i have already get someone to occupy the other room.Perhaps, I have attached the pictures of the apartment as file for you to see, access my claims and view.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Nice to hear from you and thanks for your interest once again.The apartment is well fully furnished which is CZK13000 including all the utilites bills(water,telephone,internet,electricity) and can consist of 5 people and it opens to both long and short term lease there is no problem if you want to secure the whole apartment on the requested date and for a amonth, i promise you won't regret of being my new tenant,as well you are free to go and view the area and the surrounding of tha apartment but will not be able to walk in the apartment because the keys are here with me i can only fly down if your seriousness is been established,there is elevator as well there is balcony and the second room is fully furnished with its own bed but you are free to take in what ever you want as i can really understand your feelings and you really sound good and mature to me so i wish to have the rent out for you,there is also enough space for you to do whatever you want and the parking fees is included in the price,the apartment is located in a quiet area.So you need to reserve the apartment,it depends on what you sign the contract lease,the apartment is exactly the way you see it in the pictures all you have to do is to make a reservation prior to your arrival and stay in my apartment and its only security deposit that is been required for now so you can secure the apartment on your requested date,my lawyer just presently down toSpain.
Your interest has been confirmed and the mode of registration and reservation will be drafted below,all you need is to go through the following and provide the details requested so that i can forward it to my lawyer for the preparation of contract and tenancy agreement before we proceed further so that you can secure apartment.
NB:It is only security deposit or part payment that is been required for now as soon as your seriousness is been shown because i have fly down to prague several time and finally got disappointed by my clients so that is time and money wastage for me,i will be flying down on your schedule date as well will have the keys sent to you.

*Tenants will print out the Contract Documents and then Sign it.
*Tenants will pay the deposit payment via western union money transfer or bank tranfer,the receipt will be attached to the contract documents and scan back to me for confirmation and proper documentations by my Lawyer.

Find the attached Tenancy Agreement and Rental Agreement,i have signed my own part as the landlord, you have to go through the documents very well and sign your own part.make CZK13000 via bank transfer to my lawyer.
