Hello Dan,
Thanks for your interest in my apartment.
Luckily, it is still free for your dates, 19th to 30th October.
The total amount is $1,100 for 11-nights @$100 per night, which includes cleaning fees and tax. However, since you are renting for long term, I will give it to you at the rate of $80 per night. This brings down the total amount to $880.
To secure the Apartment down for your dates, a 50% prepayment is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due in cash upon arrival. 50% of the rental fee will be ($440) + $300, a fixed refundable damage security deposit. The total amount you need pay to book down the Apartment for your desired dates is = $740.
