access and spiral stairwell .storage locker for the unit, and bicycle storage located in basement. Laundry facilities

Fully furnished with nice couch, TV and DVD,Air Conditioners,internet Cable,Dishwasher,Garbage disposal,Microwave,security alarm,gas stove,Refrigerator,Washer/
Dryer.A month rent and the security deposit is required to rent my apartment and all bills and utilities are included in the monthly rent,please note that i'm not after the rent price because such apartment in that area cost's more but i just need someone who can take absolute care of my apartment as i'm away,it's available for rent for either short or long term and all my furniture's are packed inside the storage room inside my apartment so you can make use of them if you wish.I have included the address of the building where my apartment is located so you can drive by and have an idea of what it looks like from the exterior and know where its located.Note that the keys,rental lease agreement form and a letter of authorization which will help you gain access into my apartment will be couriered to you through a courier service upon the approved of your application so you can move in at your earliest convenient.So if you are still interested in renting my apartment,i want you to get back to me requesting for more of my apartment pictures and the rental application form for proceedings.
