Thanks for your reply,am glad you found my house nice as it was on the rental site,both Exterior and the interior part of my house are in the best Standard condition, all utilities are working perfectly.I got so much other interesting Renters who are also willing to rent my Specious house But i told my wife that my house will only be rent to a very serious person who is ready to fill and complete the Rental Application Form and also ready to put down the Security deposit which is refundable,i will take off my house from rental site and get it reserve for you till you move in once all application process as been complete. Your month rent will be prompt to pay on the first week you move into my beautiful house while it start counting right on the first-day.
The best way to see inside of my house is by me shipping my house keys to you and the rest paper works just because am out of state right now for a business purpose , i will only ship the keys to you once all application process as been done,i will Email you the rental application form asap i hear back from you, fill it and send it back to me to confirm, then i will send you my home package that contain the lease agreement form and the rest paper works which will also include the entrance keys to my house , the package will be deliver to you in next 24hours in your step door .
Send me your name and current address to send it to, i will personally send you the shipping tracking number so you can track it online to know the status of the shipment , am doing this because am currently out of town and it just the best easiest way to get you inside of my house ,i look forward to hear back from you.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

You can send the Deposit via western union or Money gram to my Personal Assistance information so she will pick it up and get my home package mail to you in your current address via FedEx. The content in the package will contain as below.
*Home Keys.
*Paper Works.
*Receipt of your Deposit Payment.
All will get to you within 24 hours in your door step ,i will send you the shipping tracking numbers so you can confirm and monitor the shipment online before it get to you when the package is shipped out to you today.
I hereby send you the Rental application as an attachment , download it fill it with your information and send it back to me to my email so i can review it while we proceed with the rental plan.
