Yep and still on craigslist Tokyo. Uses real address but comes with a lot of bullshit. Typical thing to pick him out, offers large apartments for next to nothing, and bad and broken English.
This time whoever it is, claimed being an American woman from Kentucky. Copying the first email they sent to me. Sent a couple of emails after that to ask *HOW* they could receive or transfer the money and obviously no specifications. Just bother the fuck out of them and keep on asking questions about anything that doesn't make sense. Including the building with security which you cannot view because no one else on earth has a copy of the key. It's lie upon lie but inexperienced people renting in Tokyo for the first time could get dragged into this and it sucks.

As for the passport image I requested them to send, it shows a US women, name Cherel Ann Smith, passport number 452092249, born 16th June 1941. Tried to google it up but I couldn't find it. However considering it's a Smith it's probably one of those issued examples for US passports.
