Rental Scammer - [email protected]

I've found that the above email address is a scammer from another site Gumtree.com http://forums.gumtree.com/topic170628.html

Below is the email sent to me:

Extra: Included in the rate. The apartment is cleaned once a week free of charge by a maid, but she can clean every day (on request) and change of clean bed sheets and pillow case etc¡¬, also you would not have to worry about all the bills like gas, electric, water and council tax, since the rent is all inclusive.

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and toilet and 2 mins away from city hall

The same scammer is in Perth as well. I got the same exact email, only exception being the address and rent.
