Thanks for your mail.
For you to see my apartment my caretaker is at the apartment for any customer who wants to look the apartment. However, the caretaker will request from the Booking Agreement form duly signed by both of us and any mode of identification before he can be allowed into the apartment. So you will have to make your reservation first to come with a copy of the booking agreement form completely filled and signed and the payment confirmation slip
The reason why you need to have my booking form and make your deposit is because some so called client have taken advantage of this to steal from my tenant and this has made me put this as my policy, for the safety of both my business and my tenant and intending clients.
You should also understand that I have client in the apartment now, when you make the deposit; a confirmation letter will be sent to you will also be forwarded to the caretaker for verification.
Please note, I am not saying your suggestion to come and see the place is bad, but I always confirm payment for any of my apartment before showing it or secure the date.
One thing I can assure or guarantee you is, if after signing my booking agreement form and make payment, you come to my apartment and see something contrary to what I sent you in pictures or you do not like it, I will refund your money immediately in full.
If you are still interested on the dates mentioned, kindly inform me so I can send the booking form and payment instructions.

This person asks for a deposit payment to his accountant in order to reserve the property.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it could also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

I have attached the Booking Agreement form/payment process with this message, fill it and send it back to me with a scanned copy of the funds transfer confirmation and also send me your contact address, all these details will be with the doorman for proper recognition when you get to the apartment, i will personally hand over to you the keys of the apartment on the day of your arrival.
