The phone number does not work. She then wanted to Skype to see us and wanted us to send copies of ID and more information. She also refused for us to see the apartment before she had a signed lease and payment. She claimed to be stuck in Brisbane with her sick mother as the reason why we couldn't see the apartment, but that her lawyer would give us the keys after he received the lease and payment.
Both her email address and skypename was clearly made for just this purpose, her skype name being margaretrealestate.
