First of, the phone number belongs to an Ann Laureil (found via Google) and looking at the address on Google Earth, the house doesn't exist... It's a restaurant where this apartment should be. Of experience I'm also very careful with people who want to Skype. Also, after replying to this email, I got a very weird reply, the same story, but in new words.
