Apart from the possible Western Union type scam that may come up with these types a bit further on, a thought occured to me over this....

Often the app asks if you have pets, how many people will be living there and if married. Now if yes to pets and married, the thread could easily take the path of...pets names, or if children their names.

Once they have these, then with your e-mail, and a few other simple details from you, they probably have the obvious passwords that many folks use....say no more
