First of all i would like to thank you for responding so quick and swiftly to my ad on craigslist i have never posted an ad on it before this will be my first time so i was just wondering how this is going to work out. Just to explain few things to you, the apartment is available for lease/sublet either for long term/short term and the apartment is centralized in a beautiful environment,safe area and also my apartment offers internet,cable,secure access,laundry on-site,lots of storage facilities,heat,electricity,water and 2 car parking space all included in the rent and small pets are allowed, big pets will have to be discussed further.
But i know the issue is that i tried to give my relative my keys when i left which i did really but he never told me he will be leaving the neighborhood so soon and on the other hand i though he will use his discretion to look for a trustworthy agent to give the keys but he did not,so am just left with the extra keys i took with me to the Philippines. And I don't want home misused in my absence that is why I took the extra keys and documents along with me and you would be the only occupant of this unit you won' t have no one to share anything with. So I hope you will promise me to take very good care of the apartment always.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
