The bottom is what "Mr. Michael Klemens" Sent me the first email

Dear Dantve,

I can see your willingness in this Apartment and i want you to know that i'm satisfied with your profile and also believe that you can take good care of the apartment. l would not like to experience what l experienced from my last tenant again that is why will hand over every thing by our self and proceed with the keys via UPS to your temporary home address.I will love it if you can hold the keys of the apartment till when you are ready to move in then i will be counting the month rent by then and non of my cloths there,I accept your application form and due to this reason you may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you cant view the inside the apartment due to the security guiding the apartment and without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security.

I live in United Kingdom presently, I have a job here and moved with my family last Summer. I have a 3 years contract with a very good chance of an extension. Am right now in London presently and the keys to the apartment is with me here so I will only be able to delivery the keys to your temporary home address you fill in the application form via UPS delivery service.

Am willing to rent out the apartment for Long and Short term lease its all depend on how you are willing to stay in my apartment and you will need to sign a contract. Before i proceed further with the contract i will like to make this clear to you that , the apartment is luck for now and you can only view it or move in after you receive the keys via UPS by Overnight Delivery with Tracking #.

You may go ahead and view the apartment from outside with the address i gave to you in previous email and you seen the pictures of the inside and you cant view the inside the apartment due to the security guiding the apartment and without the keys and the document you will be embarrassed from our security.

I'm kind of skeptical if he's a real person or not, when i talk to him over the phone he sounds legit... IDK, i kinda don't wanna ask him straight, cuz if he is i wanna catch him and get ma money back "hopefully".

Unfortunately, I could tell you from the first paragraph alone that this is a scammer.

The writing is clearly African. The storyline is standard scammer fare.

I'm sorry to say that any money you sent is gone, assuming it has been picked up. If the apartment actually exists, the scammer does not own it. He is sitting in Africa or Malaysia, and he is hiding behind fake identities.

I am sorry but it is a scam for sure. I am afraid you will have lost the money sent. You can find similar scams posted here on the site. Be familiar with them and it will help avoid them again. It isn't often said, but it is wiser to use a proper agent with a phone book listing. Scammers love to give out what is seemingly a cheap deal but again it is too good to be true. There is a market price to rent a place and you won't get to pay less if it is legit. The cheap fake deal has, and can, prove to be an expensive option.

One thing often said is regarding the provision of services such as internet access. The first thing an occupant does on leaving a residence is separate himself from some of the bills. The first off is likely to be the phone and the internet connection. Utilities will also get suspended and the person renting the place out will not be including such expenses in your rent. It is possible and not unknown that a tenant could spend all rent money on services paid for by Landlord. Imagine having a tenant running a Marihuana factory in the flat and the landlord paying the electric bill. All such claims about services like that which are included are false.
