These are rental scams.

I'm, a 23 year old student looking for a double room in London and everyone asked me to pay the Deposit+first month rent with Western Union. WATCH OUT THESE EMAIL!!!!

Also, scammers often reuse their letters after they change names, and sometimes people actually search for the text in their letters. If you can post the actual letters they sent, you can help more people to avoid being scammed by making the letters themselves searchable.
