How are you doing? Although we had a young couple interested, they lost their job and couldn't finish the process.

This property is in fantastic shape. We only have a few images in the ad, and they really don't do justice. We know potential renters may want to take a look at this property, regardless, our policy is not to divulge the address, as there are some crazy people on CL. The last time we gave out the address without verifying the prospective tenant, the property was vandailzed. It was a shock since it's in a great neighborhood. Of course we learned from our mistake and don't want it to happen again. I'll confirm what you probably already know, this home is just georgous! A home like this would normally go for a much higher price, but we need to lease it ASAP since it's been vacant the past 2 months.

We take care of all the utilities, we just ask you are somewaht conservative about usage. Only thing you will be responsible is cable, internet, and phone... should you need these. This home is pet friendly, since we got a few ourselves. And the yard has a fence as well. This is 6 or 12 month rental agreement. If you need less we may be able to accomodate that for special reasons. We just need a 30 day notice before hand.

If you would like to set up an appointment, you will need a copy of your credit report. The unaffiliated site attatched has reviews of different free trial credit scores, we just reccomend picking one with the highest rating. The scores are significant if you have a bad history, we understand in this economy.
