Welcome to ScamWarners unlending. Yes, this is a scam. Any form of payment you would receive will be a forgery and you would have problems with your bank and possibly with the police.

Thank you for posting this to help others not get trapped. If you receive anything in the mail or from a delivery service, either destroy it or take it to the police because forgery is a criminal activity.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I've received similar responses to my room for rent and wanted to warn people. As you can see they are identical, besides the name. If I hadn't received the second email I probably wouldn't have thought anything about it and bought into the scam!

Cross-checked this website and the [email protected] has already been reported as a rental scammer. To make it "look" legit the scammer has added a "CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE" at the bottom of their email.
