Thanks for your prompt response , Your prompt attitude to getting things done is more than enough reason for us to rent to you. We want to rent our home and would to rent to someone who would Move in sooner. I will be very busy with the work of the Lord and will Like to conclude the rental process soon.We intend Mailing the package to include keys and lease for your move down to an address which you shall be providing to us. You will need an international calling card to be able to reach us over the phone. We made the price that way so we can find someone trust our home to, and not get it vandalized since we are not in the states as a result of high rent.
In the event of anything needing repair, I expect the tenant to fix it as there is no management company for the house now. The money spent will be deducted from the next months rent.(NOTE. This arrangement will be temporary as I will be coming to the States in some couple of months time,when I do come I will then contract a new management company for the house, this will not affect the rent)I must say that you are very lucky because after i discuss this issue with my wife she told me to give you the property,and right now,we are not planing to come back till next four years,you can stay there as long as you want. Right now,the property is locked and I'm with the keys here, i will ship the keys and documents through FedEx to your address so that you can occupy the property.

Now let us know if you have the security deposit now with you which will be needed to rent to you, It will help in a long way to pay for the shipment and insurance of keys and documents. This will enable us secure the home for your move in and mail out the package containing the entire rooms keys and lease documents which will take 38 hours to get to you. Payment shall be made through Money transfer which is the only way We could receive rent here.
Just as you know we are missionaries,we live on donations and so cost of running around and mailing is a burden to us. You should note that the security deposit is 100% refundable upon request. Rent start counting only after you move in to our home.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that he will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
