Bogus Apartment Scam in Brussels - [email protected]

Hi Everyone,

Just received the below emails from the scammer (this time using the email address [email protected] but this varies, as does the name being used) posting on many European accommodation boards (a simple google search or search on here will show you how common this scam is, if you just search against the text):

I have apartment available for rent and 2bedrooms is vacant,Two Living rooms --800sq feet of space-Utilities included.. --Available for a single person or couples,Month to Month lease.(I'm ready to sign a year lease as well depending on you) --Rent €300 room per month--Security deposits €500.Let me hear from you if you haven't find any........ Hello,I am Maria Gomez 32 years old the apartment belongs to my late father and my mother have been managing and maintaining the apartment,but she is presently in London due to her work,am undergraduate student and i also work in a calling center....... The exact address is:Avenue Louise 208 1050 Bruxelles, Belgium,The lease is--€300 room and the entire apartment is €600 including the utilities,fridge-freezer,oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker,microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, Internet charges and others. --- € 500 for the security deposit which is refundable during the departure time from the apartment. I will like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat ? Am confidently assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you come into the flat . You can see the attached pictures of the rooms below........ Let me hear from you asap if you really have interest in renting the apartment,
