Thanks for showing interest in my place.. Let me start by saying a little about me, I am an Artist, self employed and the owner of my own company. I have just opened a new outlet here in Philippines and I have no choice than to relocate and this is the reason why I want to rent out the units to someone who is going to take care of the place as if they own it. I am looking to rent this unit out for both short and long term purpose.

The rent includes all utilities and close to all amenities. I was advised to rent out the place because there is no one leaving there right now. The place is available for immediate move in.
