Merry Christmas & Happy New year in advance thanks for emailing me regarding my apartment and sorry for the late reply,this place is still very much available for rent ,before going any further i'll like to say few things about myself. I'm an adventurer my aim is to search for new discovery with my colleagues in different locations, i have another property in Germany which the government took over the whole building of recent due to some reasons, right now i'm here in Edmonton AB for few researches and i don't know how long i'll be here because its going to be kinda tedious, and i won't be coming back from here, am still heading to other neighborhood from here and that is why i decided renting out my home to a very good ,reliable, and responsible tenant who will take care of my property while am away.I'm here with the keys to the property and other documents i was unable to drop them before i left for a new discovery due to the rush, i am willing to rent for both long & Short term on a month to month prior viewing , please go ahead and drive by the property and let me know if you like the neigbourhood , area and every other thing so we can take it from there , proceed with the rent.
