Thanks for your kind response and interest you derived to rent my
apartment, i'm very delighted to rent you my apartment.
It's very much available for rent now both in short and long term
rent. It's fully furnished apartment that contains modern facilities,
it's located at Pettenkoferstraße 18, 80336, München, Germany,
situated at the second floor of the building..It's in a very nice,
quiet environment and safe area to live.
It is spacious apartment of about 90square meters in size, it's
contain two bedrooms and each room has it's own private bathroom and
toilet, spacious living room that contains DVD,Cable TV, sound
system, computer with high speed internet connection (broadband),land
line phone with well equipped new kitchen with modern facilities such
as Electrical dryer, dish washer,washing machine,refridgerator,
microwave and oven and there is secure parking space for car. The
apartment available in either one bedroom or whole apartment for both
short and long term contract depends on your interest
Therefore, i attach pictures of the apartment to this email, so that
you can have an idea of my property before we meet in person...A room
will cost 450euros per calender month while the whole apartment is
800euros and the security deposit payment is 900euros which is
refundable at the end of the contract...Bills include all charges such
as water, gas,heating, electricity and internet etc and there is no
extral charges rate...It also possible to rent it unfurnished if you
preferred because i have store room to keep my own furniture.

i have a daughter, so am presently in UK due to new contract here in
England..I'm earning my living with my families here in England, I'm a
software developer Engr.
I'll be making an arrangement with you to have the view of my property
after you show me your full interest to rent my property , i meant
proof of your kind interest to rent my apartment because i had been
hunted in past with un-serious tenant and this caused me to waste my
precious time and money for nothing, so i 've been advised by my
attorney not to fly down and meet tenant without confirming his or her
full interest to rent my apartment, hope you can understand me and I'm
very sorry for any inconvenience that this might caused you OK.
If you're really serious and ready to rent my apartment, please

I just receive your contract documents from my lawyer now and i
've signed so please find the attached copy and print it out, read it
carefully, sign and scan it back to me together with your security
deposit payment receipt so i can confirm all documents and forward
them to my lawyer for proper legal signed with notary confirmation
stamp of the contract as a legal witness, then immediately i receive
your fully legal signed rental agreement documents with payment
issue receipt of your deposit from my lawyer, I'll purchase my flight
ticket and get back to you with my ticket details so that you can
know
the exact time to meet in person on 13th of January, 2012 by noon around
4pm.
However since you 'll be moving in by 13th of January,2012, I'll
advice you to sign and make the deposit payment now as a proof of your
kind interest to rent my apartment so i can be very sure of your full
interest to rent the property. I'll place my minds at ease to reserve
you my apartment and remove my advert from website immediately because
i won't like anything that could delay your move in On January 13th,
2012, hope you can understand what i mean.
Regarding the payment,presently i've problem with my bank account
and i had been warned by my account manager not to transfer any money
into the account at moment until they re-solve the problem because
it's presently overdrawn, so you woun't be able to transfer any money
into my account, so i can't give you the account details now but i
will give you when the problem solved, so I'll prefer you transfer the
payment to me through western union outlet around you and scan the
payment receipt together with your signed
contract documents to me, so i can be able to confirm and forward all
documents to my lawyer in order to complete the proper legal signed
with notary confirmation stamp of the contract, also for proper legal
documented,because your deposit payment is refundable at
end of the contract, hope you can understand me.
Therefore, all you need to do now, you just go to any Western union
outlet around you and transfer the money to my details below then
immediately the payment transfer is done,you will have to get back to
me with the scan copy of your payment receipt together with your
signed contract documents so i can be able to forward all documents to
my lawyer for proper legal signed and documented, then once i receive
back your fully legal signed rental agreement with deposit payment
receipt from my lawyer, i'll book my flight ticket and come over on

payment on behave of apartment rent in order to reduce the western
union charges rate,
you just tell the WU agent that you're transferring the payment to

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
