visitors can sleep in if not really wanting to going back home or where
ever they are from.....The rent is Euro350 per month while the security
deposit is Euro450 which will be paid back to you after your stay.Soif you
want to rent the place for just a month let me know and calculate it
yourselfandseeifit iswhere u will wanna get for yourself. My mind and whom
i want in the place is a clean neat god fearing and someone very
understanding and willing to get the place for real just as the email
states........Another thing is that if you know you wont be able to always
sort for the rent don't write back because i had the same problem with the
last tenant which made me mad but hope you are different with another kind
of idea?Also i hope you are the serious type and will treat the place
right?well without saying much i will want you show me seriousness by
sending me a copy of your passport or a copy of your drivers license and CV
and many more so i can be alright knowing its not just someone who will rip
me off that am talking to and for viewing the place when you are free make
sure you go around to check it out yourself as i am a busy person and hope
you understand that.......And also internet access is in the home too and a
photo of me

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. currently occupy one, the second room is for rent, while the third room is regarded as the visitor's room. So the only thing we will have to share together is the kitchen and the living room if that is OK with you... The apartment is located at the center of the city, which is very close to the Central Subway line and as well to the Buses lines that makes the apartment to be accessible. but i can describe the location as perfect central area as the House is in a cool quiet vicinity, because the house is not closeto major busy roads.The apartment has Washing machine, Dryer,DVD, TV connected to cable for international stations, and there is Internet Connection via wireless, LAN and Broadband. so you can come along with your computer if you have one..The apartment has parking space that cancontain two Cars, and there is no need for you to bring in any furniture as the apartment is well furnished and each room has windowblinds,Bedspread with Bathroom and
Toilet.but you can as well come along with your furniture if you so wish,also the apartment is 15mins away from intership centre)..Minimum duration in the apartment is one month and long term stay is welcome in the apartment. The price for the room:Euro 350 for monthly rent.. (allbills included).Euro 450 Security Deposit..( it will be refunded back to you on your move-out date and you can negotiate with lawyer when you call him). Mode of payment will always be in cash but your first paymentwill be paid directly to my Family Lawyer(Richard Bradley) for securityreasons and for properprocedure. To rent or secure the room, you will have to book for it as soon as possible by paying for a month rent fee(first month) and the security deposit in order to be sure of your interest to reserve the room for you and for your selected date.The factis that,the room is still available, but you have to do this on time. because there are people that are still contacting
me about the room. so I really need to be sure ofyour interest
