matter is that the agent would want to handle it professionally and the occupant may not be able
to reason along with him later. If you notice, you will discove1red
that the price we are offering is far below standard price, this is enough for you to know that we are not after the rental fee but the absolute care for the property.
So If you know that you have a good reference and a good credential you can email me back to secure and occupy my house at my absent.

ignore the sign post cause i have stop dealing and contacting the Realtor for too much fees i pay trying to ripe me off. It is available for a long term lease as we
will be here for 2years and also intend getting back to the states for a general check-up.

I will only be coming back in the next 2 yrs for a general chech-up and the application form as been attached to this mail kindly print out the form and sign on it as well then scan it back to me via email as well,then i will print it out right here and make a copy of it then i will record it to my file,mind you i will send one of the copy to you via DHL service both with the keys and the document.
Concerning the key and the necessary document you have no problem in recieving it i will be sending the key to you Via DHL service and get back to you with a tracking number for you to be able to track it and know when exactly the package will arrive.
Furthermore the money is not my problem but absolute perfect care of the house that is the most important thing i want from you hope you can understand.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
