Glad to hear back from you right now im in Cardiff due to my work, and thats why i want to rent the flat out and before i can come down to London for the viewing , i have to be very sure im dealing with the right person.also i will like to know that i have be treated so bad by those who want to rent my flat ,before we can arrange for the viewing,i will like to see a proof from you.

1. it has been observed that's some tenants do not have the money to pay the rent and yet they keep disturbing the the landlord to arrange a viewing with them .i hope you are not one of them .

2. Also some do not meet up with the viewing appointments which has led to the dismissal of some landlords in office by there employees.
Therefore,effort has been made by the association that a willing and serious tenants should be able to make remit of the security deposit and one month rent to a friends or relative name which a confirmation will be made on the remit done to check if he or she is capable of paying the rent before arranging for a viewing or to retain the room till your arrival and also stop other people from viewing the flat..

I'm not asking you to send or remit the money to me, just get the transfer done to any of your family or friend in the UK ( London ) that can come with you for the viewing, so as to be able to withdraw the funds and pay me after viewing. Like i said in one of my previous email, this is a procedure given to us by the Landlord Association due to past/bad experiences with the other landlords and We've been warned not to take a bank statement or personal information from anyone,All you need to do
Locate the nearest western union shop around you. 2.Pick up the form of transfer and fill in the details which needs to be filled and return back to the post master.Details needed on the form are {sender name;your name and address.}{receiver name and address} 3.Return back to the post master with the cash you are transferring to your partner or friend and wait for the receipt to be returned back to you. 4.Scan the receipt to me and give me a call so my lawyer can check it if its truly genuine and available in your friend's custody this will just take 30min to confirm from the website. 5.After it has been confirmed on the website,then we can proceed for the viewing.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Thanks so much for the mail,i will be willing to rent out my apartment to you if only you can promised that you will help me take good care of my apartment in my absence. The rent and deposit will be paid in my bank account.

For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer,I have already posted the keys of the Apartment to DHL head office once you have signed the contract and send it back to me with after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed. The tracking number of DHL will be given to you which you will use to collect the Keys at DHL office .This is the reason I want to rent one of the apartment out we need to go through the normal procedure. We can still arrive at exactly what you wanted. You can move in anytime ,if everything works out well. The processes are not much, you only need to sign a Lease document which i will scan and send to you via e-mail,then you need to have some documents to yourself as proof of assurance, then we proceed to the payment level and giving you a reference number to use to collect the key at DHL head office .The tracking number will serve as an ID I can scan and send you my International Passport and ID for proof if you want I would need to prepare the Lease document with Listed information in other to make a lease contract for you.
