The room has large windows giving a great view over the garden and into the distance. People often say this is the best room in the house. Share with two others in the house, they occupy two rooms out of the 3 bedrooms. The property is modern, double-glazed with gas central-heating. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, Broadband internet connection. The property is equipped with washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, etc. There is an integrated mains-powered fire-alarm system and gas appliances are serviced and certified annually. Front and rear gardens, on-street parking (off-street also available at rear of house but you don't need it, there's plenty of street space)

Michelle,,

What you need to provide as the proof is very simple,I am only in need of a confirmation proof,And these is due to previous predicament that i have gone through in the past trying to rent the property to some student,i have got to realize so many people are not really in need of an apartment all they do is secure a place in advance,My last experience in trying to rent the property to a particular lady had got me to predicate on these, she made me believe she was willing and ready to get the property she even went to the extend of showing me her statement of account, which made me took her for the viewing but after taking her for the viewing, she saw the property and got to love it and never wanted to loose it,so she kept pleading i retain it for her because she is not financially composed at the moment, which i did but end up disastrously.
So for me to reserve the flat for you, you will have to make a transfer of a month rent plus the security deposit to any of your friend or partner here in England through any Western Union or Money Gram transfer outlets around you, once you make the transfer, you will then get back to me with the receipt issued to you after making the transaction so i can confirm it,And as soon as i can confirm these i will get back to you immediately and then your friend or whoever you transfer the money to, can go and receive the money on your behalf. After which the flat would be reserved for you till you are ready to move in. So when you arrive, if ready to move in,you can now pay me in cash or check or make a standing payment and in exchange for the keys to the property and at that point i will refund the charges incurred in the process of the transfer back to you.

Stewart.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Michelle,

What you need to provide as the attestation is very simple,I am only in need of it as a confirmation proof due to previous predicament that i have gone through in the past trying to rent the flat to some professionals & students. The truth is that i have got to realize so many people are not really in need of flat all they do is secure a place in advance. My last experience in trying to rent the flat to a particular lady had got me to predicate on these, she made me believe she was willing and ready to get the flat she even went to the extend of showing me her statement of account, which made me took her for the viewing but after taking her for the viewing, she saw the flat and got to love it and never wanted to loose it,so she kept pleading i retain it for her because she is not financially composed at the moment, which i did but end up disastrously.
So for me to know you are ready and capable, you will have to send a month rent plus the deposit to any of your friend/partner through any Western Union Outlet around you,After you make the transfer,All i need is for you to get back to me with the receipt issued to you after making the transaction so i can confirm it,And as soon as i can confirm these i will get back to you immediately and then your friend/partner can go and receive the money on your behalf, then we can have a rendezvous to meet. If you have any questions; You can call me on 070-3590-7025,if you need me to explain better. Regards,
