is available for move in at the moment for $1,500 for the month rent
and $1,300 for the security deposit (Refundable After Lease period , As
long as there are no damages on property after inspection) . For
immediate move in you would be required to make total payment of
$2,800. But if you are not moving in Immediately you would be required

would not be present in person to show the property due to a job
transfer and don't have a local rep due to limited time so if you are
interested in renting property and willing to work with me despite my
absence then I would email the necessary papers for the lease to you,
for necessary endorsement. You would be required to fill a rental
application which is been attached to this email, if you are interested
in renting then lets begin the rental process.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
Thanks for your email and interest in renting from me, Like i have said earlier in my previous email there is no how you can view the house from the inside if i don't mail the keys to you so you can only drive by the house at your own leisure and get back to me. If really you are interested in renting from me you would be paying the security deposit fee first, which is also refundable to enable me make shipment of the entrance keys and documents needed for move in.If it ok by you then we can proceed with you Signing Lease and make the balance of the month rent before moving in as my new tenant.
My family and I left the property in a very perfect condition, So if you really want to work with me here despite my absence, Attached to this email is the rent application form fill correctly ,sign and Email it back to me asap, so that my Wife and I could take proper look at your form to know the exact person we are dealing with here i hope you understand me? Meanwhile you have to promise us that you are going to take good and proper care of our property as if it was your own. till when we get back to the state.
Once I get the complete filled form and is accepted by us I will Email you information on how to make payment for the security deposit first to us, to enable me secure the house in your name till desire move in date and to make shipment of keys and entrance documents needed for move in through the Registered DHL courier service express delivery to the address indicated while filling out the rent application form.
Meanwhile your money is refundable if you do not like the place. the money is not really an issue all what we need here is someone who can take good care of the house as if it was its own i hope you understand me? So we await your response if this suggestion is okay by you.
