You can rent my apartment for as long or short as you want because presently am in UK i was just been transferred by my company down here to work that's why am renting out my apartment you....can go to my apartment address and see it but you wont gain full entrance into the apartment because its locked and am here with the keys that's why i sent you my apartment pictures so you can have an idea of how the inside looks like...there is a big storage in my apartment where you can keep my things if you dont need them and put yours ok and my apartment is near Slussen t-bana station....

Normally I make use of an agent or friends but due to the way they cheat on my tenants that's the reason why i normally travel with my keys......

Thank you for your response and i also appreciate your introduction,firstly we shall need to sign a rental contract that will be organise by my lawyer here in UK this will stand as a guaranty and security between us......

For you to get the place reserved we will both sign a rental agreement contract which will be prepared by my lawyer then i will post the keys of the apartment and the payment receipt to you via DHL express (1-2 days delivery ) after your deposit payment which is your first month rent and the security deposit has been confirmed.
