Am in receipt of your rental inquiry. $1500 is the monthly rent for the stated property while $1000 for the security deposit (refundable after lease period as long as there are no damages on property after inspection). For immediate move in, a total payment of $2500 is required but if you are not moving in immediately, you would be required to make a down payment of $1000 for the security deposit to hold property till desired move in date.
Currently, am not present in the States to give you a tour of my property due to my contract job offer in the United Kingdom which will last for 5years and I do not have a local representative to show you the house. I did not plan leasing my home but on the second thought I realized it will be better off renting property and have some one cared for it in my absence rather than leaving it empty. If you are interested in renting the property and willing to work with me despite my absence then I would email the necessary papers for the lease to you, for necessary endorsement. Home will be available for lease for a maximum of 5years

Lovely and charming home in Highland Ranch with 1 parking space which features hardwood floor, designer paint, newer double oven stainless steel range and plantation shutters! There is a large yard with great mountain views off a large and private deck and the fence has a gate for easy access to the walking trail.
Upstairs is an open room which is perfect for a TV and/or playroom as well as 3 bedrooms. The laundry room is located on the main floor. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen which is open to the dinning area. The finished basement has a half bath and two areas for storage with more storage available in a large storage shed in the side yard.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The masters bedroom has the same colour of the room you saw in the Ad and masters bedroom size is 16X13, family room: 27X25, Kitchen: 11X12 and every other room in the house has standard size. House keys, house documents and hardcopy of lease agreement will be sent to any tenant I agree to rent my home to after contract has been signed and necessary payment received.
The normal principle regarding rental will be maintained. Tenant initially takes care of the property while the total cost incured in fixing damage will be deducted from my next month rent and the balance sent to me. Inside of the property is in a good and proper situation as maintenance was recently done on the inside. Tenant has the right to terminate contract and receive a refund of security deposit after receiving house keys and doing an inside inspection of the house and he/she does not seem to like the inside of the house but I do beleive there will be no need for that as inside of the house is in a good shape and will be appreciated by anyone who loves good things.
House rental is on a first come first serve basis so do let me know when you wish to start rental process so I can email the rental application form to you as decision to rent to you depends on your filled rental application form. Looking forward to hearing from you.
