Hello,

Thanks for your interest. The apartment is still available. I recently
moved my work in United Kingdom. I decided to offer for rent the apartment
that i have in Germany.I can rent the apartment for maximum 9 years ...
This is the period that I have a contract here, but I can rent it for a
shorter period as well.
There are no problems if you have any pets, as long as you cleanup after
them . I am not interested to make a lot of money from the rental, I am
interested to find a tenant that will take good care of the property until
my return.
In the apartment you will find a dishwasher,a refrigerator, a freezer, a
washing machine , a dryer,a niron ,a noven,a coffee maker ,vacuum cleaner
,cable TV with the basic access, internet access.
I own the ground and is exactly as in the photoes. The rent for 1 month is
350 EUR and includes all your utilities (water, Internet, cable). You can
enter in the apartment, in the same day when you will receive the keys ..
The only problem is that I am the only person who has the keys, but I hope
to find a compromise. If you're interested, write me back . I write you in
english beacuse my german is not so good. Here are the pictures from the
apartment:

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
