This ad is a scam. I inquired about a rental in Everett, WA and this is the response I received:

The House has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. The rent is $900 /month and it includes the utilities. I am the owner of the House, Now I live in West Africa( Nigeria ) right now and I came to West Africa under (WHO) World Health Organization(WHO).. WHO is the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. I hope you will promise me to take very good care of the House.. The House is very big and nice and it is in a nice area I have received many proposals today for my property.
