This has made it difficult for me to set up a bank account here for transaction like this. The following documents are here with us as i couldn't find anyone whom i could trust to drop them with for this purpose. But never mind,FedEx next day delivery service will do for that.In doing this, you will need to make a security deposit payment which is refundable (should in case you don't like the house) to enable the shipment of the Keys and document to your current address that you have to provide after which you could move in at your convenience.The rent starts counting when you move in and after 24 hours of moving in, you will be required to make the first month rental fees.Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent house form
3) The house documentary file.
4) Full Description of the house

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
