Thanks for the interest shown. Here are some important information you will need to know. The apartment includes all bills such as washing machine, water, electricity, gas, internet e.t.c. There is a dedicated parking space for a car and it is already furnished. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, oven and other kitchen stuffs. The dining table accommodates 4 people. There is a LCD TV, DVD and cable TV. All furniture is new, modern and minimal. The whole apartment would go for 600Euro monthly and an addition of EUR400 for security deposit payment which is refundable while packing without any lost or damage of my properties is required. Restaurant and public transport all around and it's 10mins walking distance to the supermarket, so it's located in a very nice and safe area. I have been here in the United Kingdom for past 3weeks with my family due to transfer at place of work and we will be here for 30 months. I have the keys to the apartment here with me. I am renting my apartment for maximum of 28 months and minimum of 1 month. You can also register at the apartment. The apartment is located at Andries Copier Street 117 Amsterdam.
As regards viewing, it'll never be a problem as you can view the exterior till I get there to show you the interior of the apartment. I need you to visit the neighborhood and see if you like it before I make my way down there to show you the interior of the apartment. I have been disturbed a lot by prospective tenants such that I came all the way from United Kingdom but I wouldn't like to go through such stress anymore.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
