the issue but your absolute maintenance of the whole apartment after
getting the keys to my apartment.I inherited the apartment from my
late father and ilive there all my life until now i was on a working
visa to London and i will be here for about 12 months,I just need someone
(Students or Anybody working in a reputable organization to rent the
second room)
with an open heart,love and clean to occupy the
apartment and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the
apartment as in whole,This does not mean is available for only
12 months both short term and long term are welcome but i prefer long term
The keys to the Apartment are right here with me in London, and
the lease document. Which i will send to you after all necessary
agreement has be accepted. Also i will like you to know that the rent
charges is not really the issue, but your absolute maintenance of my
apartment, because it takes me a lot of time and money to get all the
utilities and furniture that is one of the reason why i came here with
the keys more so i want direct contact from me the landlord and anyone
who is renting the room from me everything has to be legitimate for
me to put my worries off till i come back and stay together with you
i don't want a situation where by another person will be using
my apartment for something else is not meant to be abuse i inherited

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
