Nice to hear from you again and am sorry your current situation now but I would like you to know that you are in a safe hand and you will definitely get the apartment as soon as you finally secured it. I will be flying down to copenhagen to handover the keys to you for viewing and moving in by weekend because it won't be safe sending the keys via post and the weather is not nice all over Europe, so it better for us to meet in Copenhagen by weekend so that you can have the keys in person and I have also attached my flight details for you to be rest assured.
Basically you can make the deposit payment via bank transfer or western union but most people abuse western union due to unforeseen reason, though its still the fastest and convenient way to send and recieve money all over the global. Most importantly, if you have to use bank transfer then it has to be full deposit amount of DKK3500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay.I think bank transfer is more legal and legitimate for future reference
Kindly provide the details requested for the preparation of the contract documents and find the details of my lawyer in Spain to make the security deposit payment via bank transfer, my lawyer is the attorney in charge of the apartment in all financial and administrative aspects. I have also attached my flight details for us to meet in Copenhagen over the weekend in order for you to have the keys in person. I will also need your passport ID to attach it to your rental files.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent (for a property that he does not own) due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer either to him, his lawyer, your friend or a family member.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or Moneygram with the promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
