Subject: Re: Regarding: Wonderful And Affordable Home

Good day,
I just read your email inquiring for the availability of my home for rent, my home is still available but I would like to share with you some circumstances leading to my wanting to rent out my property, Recently about 2months ago I got transfered to another region, my company decided to set up a sub division in sub sahara africa i was transfered here to serve as chief operation officer to see that things start up well where before I can return home my work duration here that it will take to adequately stabilize our sub division here might take as long as between 4-7years thats how long till when I should be back home to settle down again. I initially decided to sell my home at first that was when i found an agent whom we both agreed on terms and conditions, this prompted the Realtor agent to place for sale sign on the property that was when my wife and well wishers around started calling and advising me not to sell but rather rent it out so that it can be well catered and cared for before my return. this prompted why i had to request for my keys and document from the Realtor agent and they are here with me presently I decided not to involve an agent in renting my home out as this will cost my prospective tenant more money which I don;t want and I also I am leasing my home myself so i can get to know my tenant on a one one basis and have a honest cordial relationship with who will be moving into my home
NOTE:THE MAIN AIM OF RENTING IT OUT IS KEEPING THE BUILDING STRUCTURE ALIVE AND IN GOOD CONDITION even you can observe it from the price i am willing to give it out, that it's far below standard renting rate. again like I said my main aim is to build a cordial understanding between myself and the renter based on the reason why i am letting it out. I would require for you to complete the bio data below ane email it back to me so I can randomly access you, see below for that
information such as:

FULL NAME:
MARITAL STATUS:
OCCUPATION:
HOME PHONE NUMBER:
MOBILE NUMBER:
CURRENT ADDRESS STATE,ZIP
REASON FOR LEAVING/WANTING TO LEAVE YOUR PREVIOUS HOME OF RESIDENCE
PREVIOUS RENT
NUMBER OF PEOPLE THAT IS TO LEAVE IN THE HOUSE
DO YOU HAVE A CAR? IF YES HOW MANY
DO YOU HAVE A PET?
WHEN DO YOU PLAN MOVING INTO A NEW HOME

and concerning wanting to view the house, you could go have a driveby my home and have a view at the building surrounding and neighborhood but as for the inside, please note you won't be able to view the inside of my home at the moment as the keys for the house are here with me as at present I am sorry for the inconvenience. ... but as much as possible i will try to send some pictures of the interior of my home I have here.

Home Address: 1595 Chattahoochee Court, Atlanta GA 30349

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union or MoneyGram with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
