This beautiful apartment is located in a lovely and peaceful area ( 92nd avenue - 119a street - Delta BC ), excellent location!


Due to the high fraud and fake apartments posted I am very cautious and will not give you this information over email. The flat is full furnished, everything is new inside, so please understand me! You know that the apartment is not inhabited.


Please do not get me wrong!


I just want to find the proper tenant, someone who will treat and care my apartment like it was his own. I need a serious and trustworthy person who not only will pay me the rent on time but also will take care and preserve my property.
