Thank you for your interest. My name is Jhonny Wayn and i'm the owner of this apartment located in: 1000 Bruxelles ville/39 RUE SOUVERAINE - APT. 39/2, BRUSSELS 2, appartement - 400 EUR per month. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room .I am looking for someone to rent it as soon as possible, because i recently divorced and i am moved back to my country in London, United Kingdom. I am currently located in London. The renting period is from 1 month up to 1-8 years. As a result of this i want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my
apartment. The apartment looks exactly like you can see in the pictures it's very clean and quiet and the neighbors are ok.The apartment is furnished, but I can take my furniture out if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is 400 EUR (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that i have the keys here with me but we will find a solution .

Thank you for your reply but i'm already in London UK and there is only one method we can do it right now . Like i told you before the price you must pay right now will be 400EUR + 400 security deposit ( 800EUR ), with no extra fees . You will send me the money every month to my bank account if that's ok with you. The apartment is ready , all you need is to receive the keys and the contract to check and you can move in right away .We will use a shipping/escrow company called MoneyBookers for the safety of both parts ,it's a very well known and safe company all over the world .Let me explain you how the transaction will go step by step: first i will go to MoneyBookers with the package and start the
delivery procedure, second you will be notified by MoneyBookers to know the transaction has been initiated and they will give you all instructions on how to complete the payment to their company's agent. After they will have the confirmation of payment from you will have the package delivered to your address and they will hold the payment until you will confirm that you are satisfied and everything is alright . So after you will see it if everything is as you expected so you must contact them to release the payment and we're done . If everything sounds good for you please send me your full name and address and I will go to the nearest MoneyBookers office and start the delivery procedure asap .
