I am not in Melbourne,Australia at the moment because,I lost my father and as the head of the family i have to go back home to make necessary Funeral arrangements and also plans for the management of the family business which will take me few weeks before i get back to Australia.
So for now,am in londom UK for an auditioning which will be lasting for a while before my arrival back to the AU and the keys/documents of the house are with me here.I don't want my apartment to be used anyhow in my absence that's why I took them along with me here because,i lost so many things the last time i dropped my keys for anyone that wants to view my apartment for rent and am not ready to loose anything again.
My apartment is located in the city center,closer to trams,public transport,supermarkets,Shopping malls,Eateries,Cinema e.t.c....Car Park is also available!!!
I hope you will take very good care of the apartment as I am not around. My apartment bedroom rent is 600AUD with all utilities included and 600AUD for the security deposit (REFUNDABLE).You can also share with a friend at the same price and have a pet in the apartment if they are trained and clean.If you are comfortable with the price (600 monthly with security deposit of 600) and willing to proceed,You can kindly get back to me so we can make an arrangement on how to get the keys across to you for your viewable interest and move in as well.
However you can move in while am still away, because i deposited the Spare Keys to the apartment with the DHL Office over there in Melbourne, so if you really want to move in I will send you the Reference Number (code number) that you will present at the DHL Office so as to get the spare keys that I deposited with them or better still I can send the Keys, directly to your present address.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
