Little info about us,my name is Rev. Willmore Rodriguez and my wife name is Lynn Rodriguez, we own the house situated at 10552 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025! As we are approaching retirement,we have decided as jehovah witness to spend the rest of our lives in voluntary services. To spread the gospel of Jehovah and reach out to the less privilege. We belief we got a call from jehovah to touch some lives of the less privileged ones living in west africa,so presently we're in west africa, our aim is to feed their spirit with the holy word and fortunately we are doing just that. We might be staying here for a year or more! The rent includes utilities(water and sewer including electricity) and all amenities inside(refrigerator, laundry, washer and dryer). We're kind hearted people, we
wish everyone has a home for that wish, we made our house affordable, $800/per month, that's should tell you we not really after the money but a proper care of our home. Our plan is if we notice a sincere heart and an interested spirit in our property, who will take very good care of our house, we will gladly accept such person with joy and fulfilment and hope he/she do not let us down in this offer. There is nobody there to walk you through the property, as we handles it ourselves to ensure its efficency, that is reason i sent you the physical address so if you like you can go see the house anytime you want(drive by only) and let me know if you truly love it so we will discuss further. But i advice you go with the keys, because the neighborhood are cautious about people who comes in, depending on how you shown your interest and be sincere in any promise you make, i can discuss sending my keys to you! It is nice, very quiet and secured neighborhood.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
