I have received this same email - a few words varied - from a number of people and I have listed the linked emails at the bottom of this. PLEASE, STAY AWARE!

to me via a listing I have for a room for rent - SOME I HAVE RESPONDED TO SIMPLY TO OBTAIN MORE EMAILS THAT MAY BE LINKED (I am so tired of the utter gall of people to attempt the same thing over and over again...

sensitive, intelligent,patient and caring person,have a good sense of
humor and am easy to get on with. I'm coming to the state asap for my
Master degree {Chemical science},

I am very faithful and committed person, who is very considerate of
other people's feelings. I don't drug,I don't smoke and i don't
drink.. I enjoy going out with my friends to movies, plays,parks,
hikes, anything to do with the ocean and horses but I'm cool living
with people. I will like to make the payment for the first
month/deposit ahead of my arrival, then i will make subsequent payment
thereafter because am planning to stay for 12months and pls let me
know if you have a garage or parking space for car .

Pls do get back to me with the room description, move in rent fees
for the first month, Utilities and deposit if included,I have a
someone in the US that will be handling the rent deposit payment on my
behalf and I will need the following information to get the payment to
you.

(1) Full name as it will appear on the check.
(2) Address
(3) Cell phone number

Yes, the room is still available. I am most aware of a number of rent scammers on here; since I placed the ad, all who have such replied have turned out to be scammers and I am very alert. I will do a complete search. If you are truly interested in renting this room, then please tell me more about you, - who what when where and why - and also give me a telephone phone number of which I can use to call and speak with you. I will ask for references and I will check them.

Just received another email reply to my listing that is the same immediate response as the others .... I noted the emails below.... I usually receive a reply from a base email that forces a response to another email.... I report everything back to craigslist too... I am getting a bit exhausted in replying to these *$%&@* but, I will give a one line response and see if there are other emails are forthcoming. I will aprise of any response. Do hope this is helping others to pick up on the scammers more easily.

This person contacted me from Craigslist. It was for a supposed "job offer".
This scam involved the following email sent to me for a response to my ad:

"The process is simple after you've read,digested and understood my
first message. Like i have said i have the check software i will get
it to you via email so you will need to buy a blank paper check
before the position can be considered yours and Magnetic Ink for your
printer. You can get the check paper at any shopping store near your
area or any OfficeMax location near you.

The equipment is:

1. Check Paper Form #1000 Business Standard - Blue - Graduated Design - 250
Sheets($19.99 at every store)

The check stock totals $20 only and Magnetic Ink that will cost $45.

Below are the online stores you can get these equipments.Just type in
the name of the equipments on the search space on the site and have
them ordered or purchase it at the store .

So i will like you to come online on yahoo messenger so that we can
chat there and proceed on this job . if you don't have a yahoo

Now, since i do NOT like people threating they "know who i am" and so forth when confronted, i decided to share who "she" is after a search... SHARE THIS, MAKE HER NEVER ABLE TO TRY TO SCAM AGAIN...
