Yes, the room is still available. I am most aware of a number of rent scammers on here; since I placed the ad, all who have such replied have turned out to be scammers and I am very alert. I will do a complete search. If you are truly interested in this renting this room, then please tell me more about you, - who what when where and why - and also give me a telephone phone number of which I can use to call and speak with you. I will ask for references and I will check them.

I too have received scam from this individual.
There have been many different email addresses. And an associated facebook account, that may have been hacked.
