Glad to read from you.! The Unit is Available at Marriott Aruba Surf Club for the week in March 23 till March 31, 2012. Its 2 bedroom / 2 bathrooms unit which can accommodate up to 8 persons. ( 2 king Size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 2 sofa sleeper ) It has a full kitchen in it. I am willing to rent at $1,750 for the week. There are no extra charges and it includes all fees, taxes, mid-week cleaning, end of stay cleaning and full access of the amenities in the unit. I accept payments via PayPal.
If you are interested in securing this unit, please e-mail me your full name, address, telephone and cell number so that I may input onto my Rental Agreement. I will then e-mail to you so that you may review for accuracy and content. If satisfactory you would then print out a copy, sign and e-mail back to me so i can lock in the dates for you.
Immediately following the completion of the agreement you would then send in 60% deposit of the total Rental amount upon which you would receive all confirmations and rental receipts for your unit and then the balance 40% upon check in. Hoping to read from you soonest and wishing you a happy stay as soon as you move in thank you.
Cancellation Policy :
100% Refundable if canceled 30 days prior to scheduled stay (by 5p.m. CST)...no exceptions! 60% Refundable if canceled 15 days prior to scheduled stay (by 5p.m. CST)...no exceptions! No refunds if canceled 14 days or fewer to scheduled stay (by 5p.m. CST)..no exceptions!

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
