Thank you for the response to my listing, I'm the owner of the apartment you are making inquiry of. I recently moved my work in United Kingdom, but the rent is high here, I decided to offer for rent the apartment that i have in Australia. I can rent the apartment for maximum 5 years. This is the period that I have a contract here in England, of course I can rent it for a shorter period as well. The apartment is furnished and it is exactly as in the photos. The rent for 1 month is $600 - ($150 per week) and includes all your utilities (water, Internet, cable). You can enter the apartment on the same day when receiving the keys. We will use a shipping company who will transport you the keys.
