My Name is James Borger owner of the apartment you want for rent, the apartment is available for rent and it Located on: (260 King St, San Francisco, CA 94107) with good transport link... I resided in the apartment only few months back with my wife and Kid before we had to move for a missionary work in United Kingdom which we will be staying for long, i need you to be able fit into the apartment in our absent. The apartment is available for rent at (1550 Dollars) Per Month including Utilities and Appliances you can rent it for a short and long term, the apartment is Fully Furnished & Can Be Made Unfurnished which ever you prefer. We left behind facilities and electronics appliances which is included in the rent per month, the kitchen is fully equipped with all Cooking Utensils, Refrigerator-Freezer, Oven Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, DVD, Cable, TV, Internet, Central Heating, Stereo, Air Conditioning, Parking and More!.

NOTE: You can only drive by and see the apartment from the outside as the keys and document are here with me, if you are really interested in renting my apartment i want you to get back to me with the application questions filled so i can email you pictures of the interiors and proceed with you renting my place as soon as i confirm your interest with the application filled for you to have a proper view of the inside. I would have loved to send the keys to someone in the STATES but i don't have anybody there right now to give them to that's why i took them along with me since we are new in the city, so after all is finalize the keys will be send to the address you will be providing in the application below, we have not stay long in the city before we had to move to for our missionary work which we will not be coming anytime soon.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
