sorry for the late respond....Thanks for your email, I personally own the house, I want my property to be well taken good care of there are some rules and regulation I do give out to tenant willing to rent my house please don't disrespect my order But if you are still capable of renting my house the rules and regulation goes this way............You must keep my house clean including the surrounding, you must know how to use the stove to avoid fire outbreak,you must not disturb the neighbor.l decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to (West Africa)for a Missionary Work in a church here named World Mission cos formally the house was for sale but my wife advise me not to sell it anymore and now l want to rent the house for you cos am looking for someone to move in asap.we are renting it out cos we need someone to take good care of the property becos of the far distance we are not after the money. Don't be surprise if you find the home with another site and different price I plan to rent it through Real estate before but they are not serious because they have a lot of house to lease out And they added some money to rent it and they commission is not flexible.Have this in mind you must know the kind of person I'm cos am giving you this rules because of what corresponded between me and my last tenant.you can drive by the house anytime to take a look at the area and surrounding. For now we are looking for 2 or 3 years lease or rather lets us know how long you wish to stay.let me know if you are still interested to able me forward you the Rental Questionnaire to fill out.

Thanks for the email, I am getting pleased with your plight, We have been searching for the right person to occupy the home in our absent which I believe God will answer my prayer very soon towards my property.the utilities are included in the rent /Washer/Dryer/heat/electricity/hot water.We plan to stay here for 4years or more,and I might also decide to move back to my new renovated home in MI upon my arrival.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".

Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you

He will ask you to send him the transfer details.

Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
