I am willing to rent out this apartment out due to my work in Manchester.
My apartment is a very attractive 2bedroom apartment it is well
furnished and i hope you will like it.the apartment is at 92, rue du
Cherche Midi - 75006 Paris, France view mins to shops which is a very
good area and has a very attractive living room,dining and has a
fireplace. There is a dining area and adjacent to the living room and
there is a well furnished and well equipped kitchen with a fridge,
microwave and cooker.A washing machine and a separate dryer in the
utility cupboard adjacent to the bathroom.
The bedroom has a bath with shower,A vanity unit with separate W.C.
and the bedrooms are well furnished, and have good looking doors.
There is a color tv in the bedrooms and a dvd player. also with
Internet facilities. i believe you will like the apartment the rent is
700Euro pcm which include all bills and the security deposit which
will be refund after your stay in the apartment is 800Euro so get back
to me so that we can proceed with the necessary arrangement.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
